PROJECT DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT
7Skyline supports developers with energy development and project management consulting services, including renewable energy project management for solar, wind, storage, microgrids, and electric transmission projects. Services include property suitability screenings, preliminary project siting, and feasibility studies through environmental review, permitting, regulatory compliance, and construction monitoring stages. 7Skyline also provides due diligence and regulatory support for project acquisition, including technical and portfolio due diligence, site screening and feasibility studies, market analysis, independent environmental permitting reviews and assessments, and bid management services to support confident project investment decision-making. In addition, 7Skyline offers owner’s representative services to assist clients with developing RFIs and RFPs, screening development and consulting teams, and selecting partners based on corporate and financial qualifications, siting preferences, project sizing, and access to preferred technologies.
ENVIRONMENTAL & REGULATORY SERVICES
7Skyline offers environmental planning and environmental impact assessment services, including NEPA, CEQA, and ESHIA compliance. The firm’s multidisciplinary team conducts environmental studies and surveys such as cultural, biological, hydrological, land use, and visual resources studies, and works with clients to develop cost-effective work plans tailored to project needs. Services range from regional studies and detailed site screenings to land use plan conformity determinations for conditional use permits. 7Skyline also provides permitting risk analysis, regulatory compliance support, independent environmental and permitting reviews, and litigation and regulatory support for energy infrastructure projects.
TRIBAL & STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT
7Skyline provides Tribal liaison services and supports Tribal governments and Tribal organizations developing energy projects and energy programs to meet community needs. Services include energy program management consulting, strategic build-out of natural resources departments, development of Tribal energy plans, and support for forming Tribal Energy Development Organizations (TEDOs), Tribal Energy Enterprises, and Tribal Utilities. 7Skyline assists Tribes with developing customized programs that may include heat pump installations, community solar, microgrids, networked microgrids, and utility-scale energy opportunities, implemented at the Tribe’s pace.
7Skyline also supports Tribal and non-Tribal organizations with stakeholder and community engagement planning, including organizing and facilitating community meetings, providing renewable energy education, engaging with utilities, and identifying culturally respectful infrastructure development partners. Additional services include cultural sensitivity training, Tribal engagement protocol development, pre-cultural survey support, Tribal regulatory briefings, and assistance for organizations seeking meaningful, transparent, and long-term Tribal engagement.
FUNDING, STRATEGY, & PLANNING
7Skyline provides business strategy and development services to support energy infrastructure planning, portfolio management, and project investment decisions. This includes preliminary project siting, permitting risk analysis, AI-supported energy planning, and strategic advisory services focused on resiliency, energy supply diversification, energy market access, and regulatory compliance. 7Skyline supports clients with grant writing, funding identification, and grant administration and reporting, as well as Technical and Business Assistance (TABA) funding for organizations participating in the federal SBIR and STTR programs. Corporate training, executive advisory services, and meeting facilitation are also provided to support organizational planning and decision-making.
