AWARDS & CERTIFICATIONS
Jennifer Rouda (Principal Consultant/CEO) managed the Eldorado-Ivanpah Transmission Project (EITP) Environmental Impact Report and Environmental Impact Statement (EIR and EIS), which was awarded the American Planning Association (APA) Excellence Award for Federal Planning Projects in 2010.
“The EITP study and plan emerged as the clear winner in … environmental planning excellence [and] serves as a relevant, replicable model for these types of potentially high-impact projects built in very sensitive environments.”
