OUR MISSION
Founded in 2016, 7Skyline, LLC provides independent advisory, management, and technical services for energy infrastructure projects across North America. We support developers, utilities, investors, and Native American Tribes in navigating siting, permitting, and regulatory complexity to deliver energy projects responsibly and on schedule. We also serve as a trusted subcontractor to major engineering and construction firms.

AWARDS, CERTIFICATIONS & MEMBERSHIPS
The American Council on Renewable Energy selected 7Skyline for the 2025 Cohort of the ACORE Accelerate Membership Program. The program fosters opportunities for small to mid-size businesses in clean energy.
7Skyline, LLC supports Sustainable Northwest and Solar Oregon and collaborates with partner firms in the 7Skyline Network (see below). ​7Skyline is a proud co-founder of St. Regis Solar Hydrogen (SRSH2), Node 8 of the Pacific Northwest Hydrogen Association’s Pacific Northwest Hydrogen Hub (PNWH2). The U.S. Department of Energy selected PNWH2 as one of seven Regional Clean Hydrogen Hubs across the country as part of nationwide effort to move ahead hydrogen markets and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
7Skyline Founder and Principal Jennifer Rouda managed the Eldorado-Ivanpah Transmission Project (EITP) Environmental Impact Report and Environmental Impact Statement, which was awarded the American Planning Association Excellence Award for Federal Planning Projects in 2010: “The EITP study and plan emerged as the clear winner in … environmental planning excellence [and] serves as a relevant, replicable model for these types of potentially high-impact projects built in very sensitive environments.”

7Skyline is a member of Forth Mobility, a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing equitable access to electric transportation. We also support Native community development financial institutions through the Native CDFI Network. We also support the Northwest Native Chamber and Oregon Solar + Storage Industries Association (OSSIA).
