Valeria is a rising high school senior at Godinez Fundamental High School in Santa Ana, CA with an interest for biotechnology and biomedicine. Previously, she conducted a research project on the inactivation of human papillomavirus in cervical cells by using CRISPR/Cas RNA-Guided Endonuclease through the Health Science Internship Program with two fellow researchers. Valeria is interested in continuing to develop her communication and collaborative skills through her work with 7Skyline.
