7Skyline Selected for ACORE 2025 Accelerate Cohort

The Program Celebrates Five Years of Clean Energy Innovation

April 22, 2025

Portland, OR – 7Skyline, a Tribal energy innovator, has been selected as one of 15 standout companies for the competitive ACORE Accelerate program. The American Council on Renewable Energy (ACORE) announced the new class as it celebrates the fifth anniversary of its Accelerate program—an initiative supporting the next generation of small- and medium-sized clean energy innovators.

“7Skyline is excited for the opportunity to join a national network of innovative and groundbreaking renewable energy and cleantech providers through ACORE Accelerate,” said Jennifer Rouda, founder and principal at 7Skyline. “Our team looks forward to sharing our expertise in supporting Tribal governments and Tribal electric utilities with renewable energy project planning, development, stakeholder engagement, and capacity building with our Accelerate colleagues and new clients.”

Founded in 2020, ACORE Accelerate has become a catalyst for growth in the renewable energy sector, offering high-impact mentorship, access to markets, and critical business development opportunities. After completing the two-year program, 84% of members cite the program as key to their company’s growth.

“7Skyline paves the way for the next generation of Native children by helping our clients achieve cultural and economic sustainability,” said David Harper (Colorado River Indian Tribes), 7Skyline executive officer. “We look forward to collaborating with our ACORE partners. Together, we can overcome the obstacles our communities are facing while maintaining the integrity of our cultures.”

The 2025 cohort represents a diverse range of clean energy solutions—from solar and storage to software, grid tech, and financing. With support from the ACORE network, 7Skyline and other cohort members are primed to play a key role in the energy transition.
